Return and Refund Policy
At Revoraa, we take great care in preparing and packaging our jaggery based healthy snacks and gift hampers. As our products are food items, we maintain strict quality standards to ensure freshness and safety. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Nature of Products
Since our products are edible and perishable, we generally do not accept returns once the order has been delivered. This policy helps us maintain hygiene, safety, and product quality standards.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged product, incorrect item, or a missing item from your order:
- Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
- You must share clear photographs of the product along with your order number for verification.
Resolution Options:
Once verified, Revoraa may offer one of the following at its discretion: Replacement of the product, Store credit, or Refund to the original payment method.
3. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
- In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be processed through the same payment mode used at checkout.
- Shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Corporate and Bulk Orders
For corporate gifting and bulk snack orders, returns are not applicable once the order has been confirmed and processed. In case of transit damage, concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper documentation. Resolution will be handled on a case by case basis.
5. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Refund for approved cancellations will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
6. Non Eligible Situations
We will not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of taste preference
- Minor variation in color or texture due to natural ingredients
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Failure to report issues within the specified time
