Once dispatched, delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

Metro Cities

Usually receive orders within 2 to 5 business days.

Other Locations

May take 3 to 7 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. For corporate gifting orders, delivery schedules will be mutually agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Revoraa may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotional campaigns at its discretion.

5. Packaging

All products are packed securely to maintain freshness and quality during transit. Gift hampers are packed carefully to ensure presentation remains intact.

If you receive a damaged package, missing item, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs and order details. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Revoraa will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re delivery in such cases.

8. Serviceable Areas

We currently deliver across India. If your location is not serviceable, our team will inform you and initiate a refund if payment has already been made.
